In addition, those who have signed up for the Catholic Mindfulness Virtual Retreat can access a wealth of content, including videos, exercises, journal prompts, as well as an updated section for comments and questions.
For Integrated Life members, the app provides access to a comprehensive library of content, including live calls, a brand new community chat thread, and regularly updated courses.
As an added bonus, the app offers informative videos that help clarify the distinctions between Buddhist and Christian Mindfulness, as well as the differences between Mindfulness and Prayer.
